Here, belonging unfolds through shared practice. We listen with care, notice what arises first in what we saw and heard in the other, and gently echo that. From this place, we offer reflections, from our own sensing, imaging, and feeling within -  held with humility and prayerful attention, from our own sensing of what was emerging. We remain open to the Spirit’s gentle invitations, for the other, as well as within ourselves. Held with compassion and curiosity, we practice presence, silence, reflection, and mutual care and we begin to hear greater themes and wisdom arising real time from the life of the group.

In this communal sanctuary, we experience what Dr. Daniel Siegel describes as intraconnection -the MWe, where inner awareness and relational presence meet. As individuals are seen and echoed within the safety of relationship within the love of Christ, integration unfolds: inner experience becomes linked with shared meaning, and personal transformation is woven into the life of the community. What emerges is not only individual growth, but a shared, relational, and deeply formative life together.
